We were to depict an Oscar winning movie.  We weren't to tell and let the others in the Critique Group guess.  I'll tell all here.  Gone with the Wind.

 We were to depict a cliche.  Yes, an apple a day.

 The assignment this week was celebrate.  This is one of the fireworks at Overbrook's display. 

 The challenge was "summer".  It's so hot you could fry an egg on the sidewalk. 😁

 Elemental was the subject.  It would be earth, wind, fire or water.  I chose wind bending the grass.

 This week was "year Word" revisited.  My word was simplify.  So it's one bloom.  Hollyhock.

 Visual Rhythm was this week's challenge.  It is repetition of images to create a rhythm.  These are the posts for a corral system that is unused now.
