A book title was the challenge for this week.  I chose "Where the Sidewalk Ends" by Shel Silverstein.  I guess the answer is Here.  

The eyes have it.  That was the challenge.  Rex wouldn't look at me with the phone and Cookies eyes turned red.  So I took a hook and eye on the barn door. 
 

 The challenge this week was ICM, intentional camera movement.  This is a picture of my geranium moving the camera clockwise as I snapped.  

 What is it was this week's challenge.  Dennis wanted me to use these cow kickers.  Most everyone in our area would know what they are.  But since Ricky's students are from all over the world, they might not know. 

 Low Key was this week's challenge.  This is the sunset in Kansas looking through smoke haze from the wild fires in Canada.  

This challenge was high light.  These are evening primrose blossoms placed on my light table.  Then turned them to B & W

 

 Celebration was the week's challenge photo.  This is burst of the fireworks in our town on the 4th. 

 Wild Kingdom was this week's challenge.  I had to take this with my phone as I was on my morning walk.  It was on full zoom so that I could get this little guy before he took off.  

Hand (s) was the challenge.  These are the hands that create, a group of friends that sew at the quilt shop on Fridays.  
 

 Wabi Sabi.  Impermanence or Imperfection.  Ice cream is very impermanent in warm weather.  I ate the model. 

 "Rock Steady" we were to use the lyrics to this song to inspire a photo.  This church at Maple Hill, Ks was built in 1905.  It still stands and is used, so I figure it's pretty rock steady. 

 "Time" was the challenge for this week.  I chose Jim Croce's "Time in a bottle". 

 The challenge was initial inspired.  So I had to us VL.  This is the aurora borealis for Violet Light.  Taken with my cell phone. 

 Old Timey was this week's challenge.  Dennis use his civil war accessories to pose in the usual style for soldiers.   Then I turned the photo to Sepia tone and did a vignetted the image

 Two word rhyme.  I chose Red Thread. 

The challenge for this weeks was "Upside Down".  We couldn't get Rex to cooperate and show us his belly.  So I baked an upside down pineapple cake.  At least we get to enjoy the model. 

 Word Smash was the challenge.  Two words used together.  Mine is pancake, not Mickey Mouse.  

 The challenge was "Rhymes with Teak".  So I say leak rhymes with teak.  I had to take dozens of photos before I was quick enough to get the water drop just coming out of the faucet.  Glad to have a digital SLR so I could delete the unusable photos.  

 Lit from Below was the challenge.  This is the western sky lit from below the horizon as the sun goes down. 

 "Mellow Yellow"  A friend suggested peeps.  So here is a peeps parade.  What's better than being able to eat your props.

Three was the challenge.  Number three or three of anything.  Here are three metal cluckers.  Easier to pose than the real ones last week  

 Ricky's challenge this week was "Morning Routine".  This is our morning routine, feeding the animals.  Here are the chickens enjoying breakfast. 

Curly was the challenge for week 6.  This is curled dried weed leaves.  Several others did this and also curly hair and Arby's curly fried.  
 

 Sound of  Silence lyrics.  Dennis posed for me under the lights at the bridge on Overbrook Lake. 

 Color change was the challenge.  You won't catch me eating green eggs and ham.  Yuck!!

Entry or Exit.  This picture of Valley Brook Cemetery is both.  Interment -entry and exit- exit  from this world. 

 The challenge was delicate.  I've done this before but in warmer weather.  It was so cold, the bubbles burst almost instantly.  After a little while my camera quit working because of the cold.  I had to tuck it inside my coat to try o keep it a little warmer.  I was lucky to get this one photo.
